It seems to have lots of technical information (way above my head!) about
microphones, and to be a source for buying high quality equipment.

I highly recommend this book to anyone who enjoys collecting music bootlegs or has any interest in learning more about them! This is an extremely detailed and comprehensive "inside view" of the methods, actions, and thought processes of the people behind most of the bootlegs made for the first several years of this phenomenon's history. I couldn't put it down.

"Riverside Theatre '97" 1 disc (Soundboard, from FM) Live at the Riverside Theatre, Milwaukee, WI 12-8-97. Recorded from the "Mad City Live" FM radio program with Buzz Kemper. Includes segments with the DJ talking - Sound quality is GREAT - Recorded as 3 long tracks, probably just as they were broadcast - No track list or cover art

"Meet Me @ World Café #1" 1 disc - World Cafe, Tongue & Groove Studios, Philadelphia, PA 1997 - Tracks 1-12 are Indigo Girls. Tracks 13-26 are not Indigo Girls, they are Kris Delmhorst & Sara Lee - Tracks 1,2 have tons of skips, but the rest of the disc is fine and the sound quality is great - No track list or cover art

"Columbia Records Radio Hour Plus" 1 disc (Soundboard, from FM) Columbia Records Radio Hour, Atlanta, GA 4-4-00. Also includes a few other Indigo Girls radio appearances, and a special guest appearance from The Jay Hawks. "Sioux Falls 2000" 2 discs (20 tracks) Live in Sioux Falls, IA 6-24-00 - Sound quality not yet rated - Track list - No cover art

"Saratoga 2001" 2 discs (19 tracks, Audience recording) Mountain Winery, Saratoga, CA, 7-25-01 (w/ Rose Polenzani) Sound quality is Very Good, maybe even Great. "London 2002" 2 discs (Audience recording) Union Chapel, London, England 8-3-02 (including literature readings by Sarah Waters) Sound quality is very good, but just a little too ambient. Also, there are 3-second gaps between tracks - Track list available upon request - No cover art

"Rocky Mountain Folk Festival" 1 disc (19 tracks) Rocky Mountain Folk Festival, Lyons, CO 8-17-03 - Source unknown - Sound quality not yet rated - No cover art

"Live in London; Video CD" 1 disc (Recorded from TV, 243 MB total) Date unknown - These are MPG Quicktime movies - London show is 43 minutes long, split into two MPG segments. Disc also includes a 2 minute clip of The Indigo Girls on the TV show "Ellen" (Ellen goes to "Woman Fest", a parody of Lilith Fair), and a 2 minute clip of Dan Fogelberg performing part of "Hard to Say" at the closing of the Chevy Chase show. - Quality is very good, but not perfect. It's a little dark, and there are a few small imperfections. - No cover art

"Indigo Girls Live At The Fillmore 2005" 3 disc DVD (Recorded from TV with a TiVo) Live at the Fillmore, Denver, Colorado 2005 (Exact date unknown) This is a straight TiVo recording, so it includes commercials, which is mostly why it takes up 3 DVDs. The quality is very good to great. It's the highest TiVo quality setting, but it's still not as great as a normal DVD. - No cover art

"Red Rocks" 3 discs - Live compilation from Red Rocks, Colorado (various dates), plus rehearsals & studio - Sound quality not yet rated - Track list - No cover art
